Features and Benefits of a Water Jet

• Virtually no cleanup work needed. Water jet cutting leaves a smooth finish, allowing for virtually no clean-up work, saving you money
• No heat applied to the material. One of the major advantages of the water jet cutter is the ability to cut material without changing the integrity of the material's inherent structure. "There are no heat affected zones."
• High Tolerance Cuts. Tolerance up to 0.005" can be achieved as per your specifications.
• Leaves a smooth and sand blast finish. No burn marks are left for grinding, and welding to a water jet cut edge requires little or no prep work
